Our home inspection provides important information about a home, and recommendations for maintenance and repair when needed. The inspector is an unbiased professional without a vested interest in the transaction or the property. In simple terms, the inspector will do his best to describe the condition of a system or component, and will determine whether it is performing to an acceptable standard. Our professional inspector is licensed, certified, receives extensive continuing education, and has a building and construction background.

Upon completing the inspection, he will immediately review his findings with you, using digital photographs taken at the time of the inspection, and answer any questions you may have. You will receive an easy to read, computer generated report by the next day, with photographs. The report will include a description of the major components and systems of the home and their condition on the day of the inspection.
