Property Inspections
Hartman Home Inspections offers several services for home buyers, home sellers, and home owners. We offer pre-purchase home inspections for potential buyers; and pre-listing home inspections for sellers who want a professional point of view prior to putting their homes on the market. We also offer light commercial inspections. Our inspector, Don Hartman, is a Washington State licensed home inspector who has inspected thousands of homes in the Puget Sound area.
Side Sewer Scopes
Our services also include side sewer inspections. Side sewer inspections (sewer scopes) reveal important information about the primary sewer line between a dwelling and a municipality's main line. These sewer scopes have become an important pre-purchase procedure along with a home inspection.
Feasibility Consultations/Cost Estimates
We also offer project feasibility consultations, and cost estimates for home owners who would like advice about home improvement projects.
