We focus our services on residential inspections including single-family homes, duplexes, multiplexes, and condominiums. We have also performed inspections on churches and other light industrial facilities.

We service Seattle/King County/East Side/Snohomish and Pierce Counties.

We perform a visual inspection of the subject property and provide our clients with a written report identifying visually observable major deficiencies of the inspected systems and components that exist at the time of the inspection. The written report will be e-mailed to you on the day following your inspection and will include the following systems:

Structural components, exterior structure, roofing, foundation, attic, drainage, basement or crawl space, insulation and ventilation, plumbing, heating, electrical, and central air conditioning.

In addition, we perform a structural pest inspection as a standard component of the home inspection and provide a separate pest inspection report following the standards set by the Washington State Department of Agriculture (WSDA).

Our inspector is bonded and our company carries liability insurance.

Office staff is available Monday through Friday to answer the phone and schedule inspections. We are also available to provide educational presentations regarding Preparing for a Home Inspection, What to Expect from a Home Inspection, Washington State Structural Pest Inspection Requirements, and other topics relevant to the home inspection profession.

Fees for services are determined by elements of the property and start at $350. Condo units 1,000 square feet and under are $245.
