The Report

We provide our clients with a computer-generated report using state-of-the-art inspection software. We include digital photos to help illustrate systems and conditions addressed in the report. Our inspector writes recommendations specific to each dwelling or property. The report is delivered the next day, typically via e-mail. He has made the decision not to provide an on-site report, so that he has time to review his photos and notes, and compile a thoughtful and thorough document.

Our reports are comprehensive and are in a format that includes both a summary report and a full report. The summary report describes the conditions that require further evaluation and/or service; the full report contains those items as well as information describing components and systems, maintenance advice, and other information that requires client attention or monitoring. It is important to read the full report to get the full benefit of the inspection and inspector's recommendations.

Both Don and Sandy are available to answer any follow-up questions related to the inspection and report.  If something isn't clear, or additional information is needed, we want you to contact us.
